We are glad to announce that from now we added the Queclink GV500 GPS Tracker to the list of our supported devices.
What makes a good GPS Tracker?
The GV500 is a vehicle tracking device that plugs into a vehicle’s OBDII port. In other words you can just plug it in and forget about cutting wires and finding out how to install it. Due to this device has a neat and compact design that allows easy installation. Furthermore it provides an OBD reader that can obtain information from the vehicle’s on-board computer and relay it over GPRS networks. GV500’s GPS receiver has superior sensitivity and fast time to first fix. Additionally the built-in 3-axis accelerometer allows motion detection and extends backup battery life through sophisticated power management algorithms.
The quad band GPRS module supports most 2G networks. Allowing the GV500’s location to be monitored in real time or periodically tracked by a back-end server and mobile devices. System integration is straightforward as complete documentation is provided for the full featured @Track protocol. Therefore the tracker supports a wide variety of reports including emergency, geo-fence boundary crossings, driving behaviour, low battery and scheduled GPS position.
